Shipping & Returns

This item will be shipped from Vietnam. All orders will be sent as insured packages with valid tracking number. 

Made-to-measure orders: Production and delivery time 3 - 5 weeks. Made-to-measure orders are made one at a time & tailored uniquely to you, and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Standard size orders: Shipping in 4-6 days. Buyers have the right to return the standard size items within 14 days after delivery. 

Please note that buyers may be subjected to additional tax and import duties for orders outside Vietnam. Returns & Exchanges delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
